Program Development
What is program development?
Program development is the process of turning an idea into a structured, sustainable initiative that can create measurable impact. We design approaches that can be applied, tested, and replicated, while adapting to the needs of specific communities or organizations.
At its core, program development connects vision to practice — helping people, organizations, and systems move from ideas to real-world solutions that improve lives.
I design programs that are responsive to community needs, grounded in evidence, and built for long-term impact. Program development means moving from vision to action — creating structures that can be applied, tested, and replicated to support meaningful change.
Two examples of this work include:

The Equity-Grounded Leadership Fellow Program: An immersive 11-month program that shifts the focuses on intersectionality, equity, and anti-racism.

The Workforce Solutions Jam: A monthly webinar to build national momentum and encourage collaboration.

Through programs like these, I help organizations and collaboratives design solutions that not only address immediate challenges but also create sustainable systems for equity, well-being, and resilience.

I also help organizations understand the environmental context and assess needs for a potential program. Through market research and an assessment of opportunity viability, we can determine the value on investment for new initiatives.
